12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Los Angeles County, California. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved after 45 days, through mediation in Los Angeles, California.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Valiant Pet Nutrition LLC, operating as Visionary Pet Foods, with respect to your access and use of the Site. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We may assign these Terms of Use at any time.
