Visionary Pet wants you to enjoy our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include your order number and we will happily refund your purchase. Kindly note, for health reasons we are not able to accept physical returns of products that are open or stored frozen.
Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase was made. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-4 business days to process, and check/money order refunds may take up to two weeks to deliver.
