Visionary Pet wants you to enjoy our products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please include your order number and we will happily refund some or all of your purchase.

Please note that we do not guarantee a refund for the full cost of a 22lb bag of our keto dry food. We recommend purchasing a 3.5lb bag of keto dry food before purchasing a full 22lb bag. 

Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase was made. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-4 business days to process, and check/money order refunds may take up to two weeks to deliver.
