SHIPPING
Freeze-dried orders ship out 7 days a week via USPS or UPS.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Our fulfillment centers ship anywhere within the continental United States. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other area outside of the continental U.S., please get in touch with us. We will be happy to find a solution for you!
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Shippers are authorized to leave all packages at the destination without a signature, which will ensure that your frozen keto dog food will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts. If your package is a gift, please check that the recipient will be in town on the day it arrives.
TRACKING
When the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
FINE PRINT
Visionary Pet cannot be responsible for damage or loss of gifts due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days (or less) from the day we receive your order. However, we always try to ensure that orders arrive sooner. Orders received with longer transit locations than shipping days left in the week will be held for shipment the following Monday. Using standard shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Saturday.
OUR GUARANTEE
To guarantee delivery, we must have the complete and correct address. With our frozen dog food, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due to the highly perishable nature of the food.
GIFT MESSAGES AND RECEIPTS
All orders include a packing slip with no pricing information. We enclose a gift card if a message has been included with the order. We are unable to ship outside of the United States, but an order may be placed internationally for delivery within the US by using PayPal.
