Our feeding guidelines are based on 16 calories per day per pound of ideal weight. Each medallion contains approximately 16 calories. To make things easy, we recommend you start by feeding 1 medallion per day per pound of target weight.
We recommend you start with this recommendation and adjust depending on if your dog is gaining or losing weight. To calculate your dog’s recommended feeding plan by calories, you may use the following equation:
Your dog’s ideal weight x 16 = Total recommended calories per day

Freeze-dried orders ship out Monday through Friday via FedEx. Frozen orders ship out Monday through Thursday as 2-day deliveries. Frozen shipments are packed in Styrofoam containers and preserved using dry ice.

I've been wanting my dog to go on a raw diet with minimal carbs for a while now, but whenever I tried, she just wouldn't eat it. I felt even more pressure to switch since she got a sarcoma on her paw. I decided to go with a freeze-dried product and found this one, and I'm please to say that she loves it. (Even to me, it smells pretty good). Admittedly, I didn't transition as slowly as they often recommend, so I was afraid she'd get diarrhea, but she didn't have any digestive issues.

My 2 senior dogs eat this combined with wet raw food and they love it! I am working on switching them to this. It’s easy to feed, just break up the little medallions and add water. I found this food when searching for the best food out there without having to make homemade as we have done that in the past. It was messy and took so much time. I read about keto in our fight against one of our senior dog’s cancer, I wish we had learned sooner that this food was out there. I highly recommend it. The bag looks small, but it lasts as you don’t need to feed a lot at a time. Our 2 remaining senior dogs enjoy it, they are picky and in their old age sometimes do not have much of an appetite but we can get them to eat this. Sorry, I’m going on and on, but this is good quality food and you won’t be disappointed. They care about helping us give our dogs the best.
